The first Honorary Secretaries of the Society will be Mr.

Chau Tsun-nin and Mr. J. T. Prior. Mr. Li Hoi-tung was

elected Honorary Treasurer, and Messrs. Percy Smith, Seth

and Fleming Honorary Auditors. The General and Executive Committees are strong; and, in my opinion, this Society enters upon its career with every prospect of success.
